Please answer the following on white paper, not corporate letterhead. This portion should not exceed 2,000 words. When referring to devices or solutions, please be as specific as possible (e.g. HP iPAQ, not PDA; Nextel iDEN wireless network, not cell network).

Background: Describe the end user and the vertical market(s) served. How long has the company been in business? How has it changed over the years? What business process(es) was it hoping to improve with the deployment in question?

Stages of Deployment: Who was involved in selecting the solution(s)? What factors went into the decision-making process? What stages were involved in the deployment? What training was necessary? How was it provided? Please be as specific as possible.

Improvements: How did the deployment succeed in achieving the company's goals? What were the costs of implementing the program and when was ROI met? Provide numbers where appropriate, and be as specific as possible. Some other areas to consider include efficiency, reduced paperwork, increased sales/service calls, improved customer service and allocation of resources.

Unique Qualities: Was this the first time that a particular product had been used to achieve this type of solution? Did the end-user have to work with several vendors in achieving the solution?
