Kevin Baradet

Kevin Baradet is the Chief Technology Officer for the S. C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

For more than 20 years he has been involved in the research, application and support of technology in various industries including manufacturing, consulting, software development and higher education. His current job responsibilities include: technology strategy, budget planning, IT policy development, infrastructure security and management.

Current projects include policy development in the areas of Communications Infrastructure Disaster Recovery, IT security, Business Continuity and general IT policy.

Kevin serves on a number of technology industry advisory boards including hardware, software and IT publications.

His presentations include seminars on wireless networking and Bluetooth technologies for Worldwide Business Research, Inc. and research reports for venture capitalists. Kevin has also been a panelist and product award judge at COMDEX, PCExpo, TechExpo and eWEEK Excellence Awards.

Kevin holds a B.S. from Cornell University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.

Paul W. Caffery

Paul is in his 28th year at PSE&G. Throughout his career he has been in both field operations and support. His current position finds him responsible for the design, implementation and support of all IT related systems the company uses. He was the project manager for both the SAP and Mobile data solutions at PSE&G. His expertise in field operations is a great asset when designing functionality that meets the needs of the business. Storm response and reliability are paramount to the success of PSE&G operations and the mobile solution used is a large contributor to that success. Paul has been instrumental in getting PSE&G considered as one of leaders in the utility industry with respect to their mobile application and use.

Brendan O'Malley

Brendan O’Malley is the Director of Information Technology for Tasty Baking Company. Brendan led Tasty’s SAP implementation and is currently working on the development of a breakthrough mobile sales application for the company. Before moving to Tastykake Brendan worked at Price Waterhouse, PwC and IBM as a business and technology consultant. He has more than ten years of experience leading and managing software implementations. Brendan has worked with a variety of applications and technologies including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and others.

Brendan spoke at Sapphire in 2005 about the use of preconfigured solutions. He has been featured in Consumer Goods Technology, and Mobile Enterprise magazines speaking about IT transformation and mobile applications.

Brendan is a 1990 Graduate of Princeton University and has an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. Brendan is a former US Army Airborne Ranger. He now resides outside of Philadelphia with his wife and 3 children.

Graduated 1970 from Ball State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Earned CPCU in 1989 Started with Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance in 1970 as Supervisor, Farm & Home Underwiting. Have held many management positions with the company in Underwriting, Claims and Administrative Divisions since. In 1980, as Claims Systems Specialist, worked with our I/T area to design and implement the first truly automated claims system. Current position as Director, Field Services includes responsibility of Material Damage (43 staff writing damage estimates for vehicles, RVís, motorcycles), fleet of company vehicles (240 vehicles & 2 staff) and building management.
