ServicePower partners with Rossum to distribute intelligent scheduling within Nordic Countries

ServicePower, a global developer and supplier of workforce optimisation software for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) market, today announced that Rossum Oy, an established provider of mobile workforce management solutions within subcontractor networks, will distribute, implement, and provide local support for the ServicePower intelligent scheduler in Finland and throughout the Nordic region.

ServicePower increases the productivity of field-based personnel within the service industry, providing improved service levels and reducing costs. By adding SERVICEPower to its portfolio of products, Rossum will now be able to provide the same benefits to service organisations in the Nordic countries.

“In the last 12 months we have received an increasing number of enquiries from Finland and Scandinavia, and we have been seeking a partner to provide local support in the area,” said Derek Crumpton, general manager Europe for ServicePower. “We are delighted to partner with Rossum, who are already providing high quality service solutions to service organisations with large mobile work forces.”
