Comnet, a provider of IT products and services for the enterprise, is partnering with Mobile Automation to increase the reliability of software distribution to remote and mobile customers. Mobile Automation’s Mobile Systems Manager enables users to track inventory and configure and deploy software applications.

AppForge, a provider of multiplatform mobile application development solutions, and HHP, a provider of image-based data collection solutions, announced the integration of the AppForge Crossfire product to enable .NET developers to create smart applications for HHP’s new Dolphin 9500 mobile computer.

Targus, a provider of mobile accessory solutions, has formed a strategic alliance with Mobility Electronics, a provider of portable computing solutions. Targus will market and distribute its own versions of Mobility Electronic’s universal and combination AC/DC power adapter products.

Cisco and Psion Teklogix have entered into a strategic partnership to offer solutions powered by Cisco to increase the global adoption of Psion Teklogix’s mobile computing systems.

M-Systems and Emblaze Semiconductor are collaborating on an advanced, multimedia memory solution for mobile devices. The enhanced mobile multi-media platform will feature Emblaze’s ER4525 processor and M-Systems’ Mobile DiskOnChip.

ServicePower, a developer of workforce optimization software, announced that Greenbaum Associates will distribute the Service-Power intelligent scheduler throughout German-speaking countries.

Verizon Wireless and Samsung have partnered to introduce the SCH-A610, a digital camera phone featuring Verizon Wireless' Get It Now service and Samsung's rotating screen design.

Motorola will support Good Technology's GoodLink wireless messaging and corporate data access system on its new Motorola MPx200 mobile handset.

Wavecom and SensorLogic have joined efforts to market complete M2M solutions over existing GSM and CDMA networks. SensorLogic will integrate devices from Wavecom's hardware partners, based on the WISMO Quik Q2426 GSM and Q2438 CDMA modules in the SensorLogic M2M Portal, and will present Wavecom as a preferred module supplier of data devices to SensorLogic customers and the SensorLogic salesforce.

Cometa Networks have formed a strategic partnership with iPass, to allow customers use of both companies’ hot spot networks. iPass' service gives users access to corporate information through secure dial-up, DSL and hot spot connections. Cometa has been certified by iPass as "Enterprise Ready," a designation given to hot spot operators that have passed quality assessment and operations tests.

Qualcomm and Sierra Wireless have announced the selection of Qualcomm’s MSM6250 Mobile Station Modem chipset and system software for Sierra Wireless’ multimode WCDMA products.

Telephone Associates, a telecommunications service provider, has formed an alliance with the Wi-Fi Guys to assist with its wireless high-speed Internet access system. This partnership will provide the region's hotels and resorts with expert assistance when designing and deploying high-speed wireless networks in their facilities.

SAP and Coca-Cola have formed a strategic development initiative to create a new generation of solutions promising to improve direct store delivery, full-service vending and equipment service for the beverage and other consumer products industries.

ASG, an enterprise software and professional services provider, and Radiant Logic, a provider of virtual directory solutions, have formed an alliance to extend ASG’s Security Management product family. ASG will market Radiant Logic’s Virtual Directory solution as ASG-RadiantOne, which provides customers with identity meta-directory capabilities.
