CB Richard Ellis, a commercial real estate firm, has deployed Good Technologies’ GoodLink wireless solution to nearly 500 agents in the New York area. Agents will now be able to wirelessly access property listings, data and tenant information, as well as e-mail and PIM systems.

Philadelphia Suburban Water has deployed Itron’s Service-Link, a mobile workforce automation technology that monitors field operations and provides real-time data to technicians. Service-Link automates scheduling and dispatching as well as more effectively tracks and monitors field service operations.

Aligo, a provider of mobile business solutions, announced six new customer wins: Safeway, Inter-Tel, Radian Group, Alticor, Indiana University and Arizona State University. Safeway has purchased Aligo’s Mobile Access groupware solution for 2,000 mobile executives.

Schwan’s Consumer Brands has selected Intermec to provide handheld computers to automate presales and direct store delivery activities for 1,200 routes in North America. Schwan presales personnel will use Intermec 740 Color mobile computers to accept sales orders, review up-to-date pricing and promotions with customers and view customer sales history.

Unitil Corporation, a public utility holding company that provides service to more than 110,000 accounts in 578 square miles, has deployed Miner & Miner’s ArcFM Solution as its Enterprise GIS. ArcFM will provide Unitil with the platform to make future operational improvements.

The Geo-information office of the German Federal Armed Forces (AgeoBw) has selected Intergraph’s new optimized GIS. The geodata information basis contains source data, including topographical features with a scale from 1:50,000 to 1:1,000,000 that AGeoBw uses to produce maps that support German military operations.

Kyma Ship Management has selected Marlink to provide Sealink high-speed communications services onboard the MV Mona Lisa. Marlink, a company within Telenor Satellite Services, will provide. Sealink operates at speeds up to 2 mbps, allowing guests and crew to enjoy access to
the Internet, e-mail, fax and telephone service.

GlobalSantaFe, a worldwide oil and gas drilling contractor has selected Altiris’s Client Management Suite and Valerent professional services to manage a global IT environment that includes 59 offshore rigs and more than 20 remote offices.

Endo Pharmaceuticals has upgraded its sales force CRM system to STAYINFRONT’s Visual Elk platform for Windows XP. The upgrade enables Endo to rapidly move its sales force to Fujitsu tablets that support electronic signature capabilities.
