BlackTrack provides a complete and automatic log of all phone and email activity for timesheets, billing, and cost recovery, without requiring any manual data entry. Reports are automated and secure, showing the date and time as well as the duration of the call or email, and any additional notes or details.

eOffice allows BlackBerry users to read, edit and create Word, Excel and PowerPoint files on their BlackBerry devices. Supported file formats include .doc, .xls, .xlsx and .ppt, as well as PDFs, faxes and images.
Exgis Time & Expense Pro ($14.99)
Exgis Time & Expense Pro combines time tracking, expense tracking and mileage tracking functionality into a single app, allowing users to track time, expenses and vehicle mileage against clients, projects and locations. Data can be exported to a spreadsheet and sent via email or saved on the user's PC.
File Manager Pro ($4.99)

reQall for BlackBerry is a voice-enabled reminder system that integrates with BlackBerry email, text messaging and IM. Salesforce Mobile (free)
Salesforce Mobile, which is free for all Salesforce.com customers with Professional, Enterprise or Unlimited Edition licenses, allows users to view and edit key Salesforce records such as Accounts, Opportunities and Leads, to access recent account activity before an important call or meeting, and to log sales or service activities while on the move.
