Healthcare charge capture technology provider MedAptus has integrated McObject's Perst Lite open source embedded database system into its Professional Intelligent Charge Capture client software for BlackBerry devices.

 

The solution, now being deployed in hospitals, clinics and doctors' offices, is designed to manage patient charges, demographics and other data, increase physicians' productivity, and streamline workflows.
